ViCare App offline issue

Hello, I would like to report a communication issue between my heat pump (Vitocal 151-A AWOT-E-AC-AF 151.A16) and the ViCare app. Although the equipment is connected to the local internet network, the app reports that the system is offline.

Equipment technical details:
Communication module serial number: 7736172021807221
MAC Address: E0-91-53-AA-73-20
Local network: TP-Link Mesh (Signal strength: 69%)
Detailed description of the problem:
On the physical screen of the heat pump, the internet connection appears as Active, with the equipment successfully connected to the Wi-Fi network. However, upon opening the ViCare app, I receive the connection error message: "The system is not connected to the internet". I tried to access the communication module menu within the app to restart or reconfigure it, but any action instantly returns a generic error: "Something went wrong, please try again."
Given that, from a hardware perspective, the heat pump has access to the local network and the internet, this appears to be either a desynchronization between the communication module and the Viessmann servers, or a bug within the app itself. I already turned of the Wi-Fi and the heat pump for at least 10 min and restarted the router, I also tried reinstalling the app on a different phone with iOS since the Android app on my phone was having the connection issues.
Could you please check the status of this module in your system and advise on the necessary steps to restore the application's functionality?
I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,

@Mihai_Draghici please configure your router in the way that the router always will assign the same ip-address to the vitocal.
