Registering system in Vicare app

Hi team,

 

I have recently moved into a rented property with a Viessman system that has a vitoconnect100 Opto1 & a Vitodens200W. 

 

I have registered this on my viesman account but when i try to setup via the vicare App I get an error message  " This component has already been registered" please contact Viessman service. 


How should I proceed.

 

In addition there is no thermostat in the house - apart from manually controlling the boiler how can I set the temperature levels in the house and control the heating? is it only via the app? 

 

Please help

in our community we only support in German and only heating systems and components which are produced for the German market.
