Hi team, I have recently moved into a rented property with a Viessman system that has a vitoconnect100 Opto1 & a Vitodens200W. I have registered this on my viesman account but when i try to setup via the vicare App I get an error message " This component has already been registered" please contact Viessman service. How should I proceed. In addition there is no thermostat in the house - apart from manually controlling the boiler how can I set the temperature levels in the house and control the heating? is it only via the app? Please help
