I think the Customer Care Team cannot understand that a heating system may consist of several heating circuits that are distributed over different parts of a building and/or floors, whereby these are absolutely disconnected with each other. If a ViCare Smart Climate Component is installed in one area, then these are by no means the basis for the another, total different area of the building. This makes no sense. However, Viessmann knows about that an will provide a fix ASAP (hopefully :-)).
