Hello, I have a Viessmann Vitocal 100-S, 8kw heat pump. The installation scheme is 6, with 2 heating circuits, a hydraulic switch and hot water heating. In coding level 1, I do not have the 7340 option, and cannot change the circulation pump operation. The pump is always 100% running and 50% 2minutes the compressor goes off. Mr. Flo, here's a video of DHW high pressure shutdown. The heat pump was DHW heated, **bleep** defrosting and returned to DHW warming, high pressure error and shutdown.
The hot water boiler has a 4m² exchanger, and as seen in the video, the circulation pump does not modulate its operation, but is constantly operating 100%.
Parameters 6021, 6022 and 6023 have no effect on the circulation pump when DHW is heated.

Through Viessmann's website www.novogrejanje.com, I filled out a form and received a recommendation for the Vitocal 100-s 8kw and the installation company Loren line, installed and put into operation 16/01/2017.
Due to frequent shutdowns of the heat pump, due to a high pressure error, my outdoor unit was replaced with a new one on 10/02/2018.
When the repairers came, to my question why the circulation pump does not modulate its operation, I get the answer that it is a highly efficient pump .... ok but, no one to check its operation and make sure it is 100% constant work, without modulation.

I stand with Loren Line, ok. Installation is ok, the only problem I have is with the Vitocal 100-S, such as not having the codes listed in the manual (7430). If the symbol flashes, the defrost is active. The control software is not changed via the coding plug. He is responsible for adjusting some parameters that are directly necessary for the operation of the outdoor unit and the cooling circuit.

the drop symbol with the two arrows means that the oil recovery function is active.

Defrosting is always active at least until the necessary evaporator temperature has been reached. This can also be seen in your video.
