I have bought an installed a vitocal 200 from Viessmann for my home in the end of 2018/beginning of 2019. All was well up until 2022. In January this year the heatpumpe stopped working with an error message.
Truls Haga from VVS systemer in Norway had sold me and installed the pump. He has not been of any support in fixing the issue. Thats why I am asking Viessman Germany to try to solve the issue. He is in deed complaining about Viessmann Germany and saying they are the culprit for not delivering a new outdoor unit.
I have had a coolant technician at my home and he found out that there was a leak from the condensator. Truls Haga said that Viessmann is not supplying a new outdoor unit. I find it hard to believe as this should be under warranty, right?
