Hello!
We have a Vitocal 200 -S AWB-E-AC 201.D13 13,7 kW system and I wanted to check the energy consumption but it gives only the "Heating energy transferred into the heating system" and "Heating energy transferred for DHW heating" values, nothing about the "Electrical energy used for operating the heat pump.". What could be the problem? Is it a wrong configuration? Or it has an old software? Can it be updated somehow?
Thanks!
Gelöst! Gehe zu Lösung.
The energy balance data can deviate by up to 20%. If an exact value is required, the heat pump needs a separate electricity and heat meter.
The Vitovent 300-W can be connected directly to the heat pump control unit. The ventilation unit can then also be controlled via the ViCare app, if available. It is then no longer possible to use the LB1.
Best regards

Hello tmsblgh,
please check the following parameter settings:
8811: 2
8812: >1
8814: 1023
8815: 1023
8817: 1023
8818: 31
8819: 31
881A: 31
881B: 31
Some may be in the second coding level. To do this, you must press and hold the "OK" and "Reset" buttons in the service level (OK and menu) for approx. 4 seconds. Then enter the code 344 254 1331. Important! Incorrect settings in the expert level can result in damage to the device.

Thank you @Flo_Schneider. It's showing the consumption. Unfortunately, it's quite high.... Is there any other configuration what could help?
There is no other option.

Thanks @Flo_Schneider.
One more thing, we have a Vitovent 300-W with the LB1 control system but I read that it can be connected to the Vitocal 200s.
Is it worth to do that? Are there any advantages/disadvantages? Is it worth to buy the necessary cable? After that the LB1 cannot be used in parallel (if I am not wrong).
Is it possible that the numbers aren't correct? We used 1068 kW in December but the heat pump only used 548 kW for heating and hot water.
