In coding level 1, I do not have the 7340 option, and cannot change the circulation pump operation. The pump is always 100% running and 50% 2minutes the compressor goes off. why is the compressor going? Because the setpoint was reached or because of an error message? The term "test pump" is a Grundfoss name. Built-in is a normal speed-controlled high-efficiency pump.

One of the problems that occurs when the compressor works for oil recovery, during room heating, normally the compressor increases the power during oil recovery to 75% of operation, then the starting and return T ° increases, the control registers that the heat requirement has been reached, is it the return T ° reaches the switch off point and then the circulation pump is shut down and the oil return is not yet complete and the compressor is still running, there is an increase in T ° in the exchanger as well as pressure and a high pressure error occurs. Can any parameter be changed so that the circulation pump does not shut down when the oil is returned to the compressor? Another problem that occurs to me is when the DHW is heated, the circulation pump is too fast and if the exchanger in the boiler is 4m², this does not occur in normal T °, ​​the circulation pump is running at maximum speed constantly, should it not modulate its power at based on the difference in T °? The control is based on the flow temperature and not on the return temperature. This is the case with all modulating heat pumps. The hysteresis for switching the heat pump on and off is taken into account. At 7340, you can access the expert level. There you get over the combination "OK" + "bent arrow". The associated password is 344 254 1331. Note that equipment damage can occur due to incorrect settings in the expert level.

The parameters that govern the speed adjustment of the secondary pump during DHW are 6020, 6021, 6022 and 6023. However, this requires that parameter 7340 is set to 4. Since you cannot access it, you have to check whether it works or not.

6020: 3 - Speed-controlled operation, control via PWM
6021 - Min. Output storage tank charging pump
6022 - Max. Output storage tank charging pump
6023 - Nominal output of the primary store pump

Changing the parameters 6021,6022 and 6023 has no effect on the circulation pump. Also parameters 7341 and 7342 have no effect. Only the 7343 has an effect, it only limits the maximum power of the circulation pump and that only for heating, DHW heating has no effect and the circulation pump runs 100% all the time.
