Hi, we had a Vital 111-S installed yesterday. The house is 100m2 and we have 8 radiators. The heat pump has used more energy than we usually use in a day in one hour, and the radiators are barely warm. The installer says this is normal. This is our first experience of heat pumps. It has been almost 24 hours and the radiators are lukewarm. Is this normal? Will the heat pump become more efficient when/if the house becomes warm? It will cost us €€€ in electricity to run the pump at this rate - simple converters were very inexpensive and more efficient! We are worried we have wasted over €10k. Many thanks
Hello Josefa68,
from a distance, it is difficult to judge the operation of your system with the information you have given. In which country is your system located?
Many greetings
Flo
It's fixed now. There was a gas leak during the installation. The gas was replaced and now everything is working fine.
Thanks for the info. I am glad that the cause has been found. 🙂
Many greetings
Flo
