vitotrol 300 e not connecting to vitocal A 250 heatpump

Hi,

Together with the heating engineer, we are unable to connect the vitotrol 300 e to the heatpumpt (A 250). 

S/N heatpump:  7736172159632221

S/N vitotrol e-300: 7723621006002183

Software vitotrol e-300: 13.500.1911.0

No QR code.

Only EUI 64 codes asked by the vitotrol e-300.

What do we need to do?

Low Power Funktion

aktiviert?

yes, the communication module is activated, Wifi is working on the heatpump.

Low Power function is activated.
