It is a brand new system, all on underfloor heating. Already checked the magnet filter on the return (no dirt there). On 18th Nov, our heating engineer and viessmann expert will come back to check the system.   The system has only been running on DHW since commissioning because it was summertime and no heating was needed. The pump functions, but is not running at the setpoint (1102.0  1  2 etc...). I saw higher flow rates before 800 - 600 l/h etc.. Since heating on UFH started, this dropped significantly, both on heating and DHW.   Any other recommandations for this team to check? ... Mehr anzeigen

Just checked the software version: 2417 currently. I also hear more noise at the 3way valve on the indoor unit at these low flows.  The pump is told to go to 90%, but does not react. I will try these parameters in 1000 and 1000.2 ... Mehr anzeigen

I might have a similar problem. Maybe because of the update, the parameters for the pump speed are no longer working. Currently, the pump is only working at 9% during heating mode (resulting in flow rate of 340 l/h), and only at 6% (215l/h according to flow meter) on DHW. However, the parameter for heating is set to 90% and for DHW the lower limit is 60%. However, the pump is not using those settings. I saw higher flow rates before. We should achieve around 1000l/h for the heating mode. Because of the low flow rate, the heating is restricted to roughly 2- 2.5 kw for DHW in a 300 l buffer tank (DHW).  Our heating heating engineer is  asking VM.   ... Mehr anzeigen
