My system consists of an on-off thermostat and an on-off valve in each room. All the thermostats are connected to a control unit that I created which activates the boiler (Vitodens 100 W-32) when one or more zones require heating, closing contact 96 of the boiler.
This is the current configuration of the boiler:
C.7: 4 [Operating mode]
C.8: 1 [System scheme]
C.9: 1 [External heating circuit hook-up]
C.10: [EM-EA1 (DIO) function]
C.14: (Not available) [Plug 96 function]
C.15:: (Not available) [Remote control]
Now, having a new, unused Vitotrol 200-E, what configurations should I change if I wanted to connect it and use it simply as a remote control panel for the current system?
Which configurations should I use instead if I wanted to use it as a single room temperature control (but I think that in this way the boiler would ignore contact 96...)?
Is a configuration on the Vitotrol 200-E also necessary?
