Since 4 days, the connection between Vitoconnect OPTo2 (7637415074703240) and Vitoligno 300-C stopped working. Vitoconnect was still with the "white house logo" but doesn't update/upload the data anymore.
What I did :
- reboot vitoconnect
- factory reset vitoconnect
- unpaired vitoconnect
- uninstall vicare app
Now, when adding back the vitoconnect, it cannot communicate anymore with Vitoligno 300-C. I don't have any information on the homepage and the app says that I have to wait that all the data are loaded.
In the settings, I don't see the Vitoligno 300-C anymore. Only the communication module. Can you help me ?
Initally, It stopped working since 3 july 14:46.
Is it maybe related to ViGuide update 2.46.3 that happens also the 3 july ?
Bei mir das gleiche problem, ist die optolink an der vitoligno defekt, ersatzteil finde ich nicht?
I don't think the problem is due to hardware malfunction. I think it's on Viessman server side.
