I've bought a used "Vitoconnect 100 OPTO1" and connected it to my "Viessmann Vitodens 200-W" but I am unable to connect it to ViCare app.
LED 1 is green, LED 2 blinks red, LED 3 is disabled. As far as I can understand this would indicate server connection error. WiFi signal is as strong as it can get (2-3 meters to router without any walls).
I can see on my router that OPTO1 is connected to WiFi. I can also see that there is active communication between OPTO1 and both NTP (0.de.pool.ntp.org etc.) and viessmann (lc1-data.viessmann.io) - I can see both requests and responses FROM the servers. I've also tried connecting to different WiFi networks but the issue is the same every time.
At this point I don't know what to do next. I've tried resetting it to factory settings several times (holding the button for 30s + 5s) with no success.
