I have Vitodens 100W B1HF 25kW - 2022 installation (in Czech Republic).
I bought Viessmann ZK03840 ViCare radiator thermostat valve to make smart home..
But I'm unable to connect it into ViCare app. I go to settings > add device > extend system > read QR - and error occurrs when reading valve QR code. I tried to add it manually, but i guess im doing something wrong.. its not working.
Meanwhile I asked Czech Viessmann support to help me out. They told me i need Viessmann Vitoconnect OPTO2 to get valves working. But my version of Vitodens 100W B1HF 25kW (as per manual) has OpenTherm protocol, which needs version OT2 with cable to be wired into motherboard. When I asked them about it, they told me "OT2 is not used to communicate with valves.. It is just to add wifi to older vitodens kettles"
Can someone from Viessmann headquaters technicians tell me what I need to bring it up?
