Vitoconnect OT2

Hallo,

ich benutze einen Vitodens 100 mit Vitoconnect OT2. Seit etwa einer Woche kann sich Vitoconnect nicht mit dem Wi-Fi verbinden, was durch ein rotes Wi-Fi-Symbol auf dem Gerät angezeigt wird.

Ich habe die folgenden Schritte zur Fehlerbehebung ausprobiert:

 

  • Die Android-App neu installieren
  • Die Daten und den Cache der App löschen
  • Vitoconnect zurücksetzen (den Knopf auf OT2 für 30 Sekunden halten)
  • Vitoconnect OT2 ein- und ausschalten
  • Vitoconnect OT2 mit verschiedenen Wi-Fi-Routern und Netzwerken verbinden
  • Vitoconnect OT2 mehrfach zu meinem Viessmann-Konto hinzufügen

Ich habe auch Vitoconnect-Logs gesammelt, Die Log-Datei enthält mehrere Fehler.
