Vicare App funktioniert nicht

die App funktioniert schon wieder nicht. Man kommt gar nicht erst in die App.

Yes, I can confirm this as well. I have the same problem. The ViCare application nor the ViGuide web are not currently working for me. The last data I received from my heat pump into my Home Assistant system was at 11:15. So the outage must have happened around this time. I cannot log in into the ViCare app nor the ViGuide web. The app freezes and does not start at all, the ViGuide web just does not show any system to look at.

am besten die App mal komplett schließen, evtl. das Handy mal neu starten und dann nochmal versuchen.

Was zeigt es denn an?

Genau wie der Pavel habe ich die letzten Daten, die ich von meiner Wärmepumpe in mein Home Assistant-System 11:15 Uhr empfangen. Der Ausfall muss also um diese Zeit passiert sein. Ich kann mich weder bei der ViCare-App noch bei der ViGuide-Webseite anmelden. Die App friert ein und startet überhaupt nicht.

Now both ViCare and ViGuide web are working OK. All back to normal operation (hopefully :-)...).
