Component has already been registered

Hi,

Hope it's alright if I speak English here as my Deutsch is not so good.

Last year, I was using the ViCare app to adjust my heater and boiler, however, after trying to access it this year, it seems I no longer have access to both devices within the app. When I try to register it again through the QR code in front, it says "Component has already been registered".

Not sure if it's because we changed our WiFi provider this year or if there's anything that changed within the app.

Can anyone help me figure this out?

I have the same problem.  It has happened in the past but rectified itself on its own with no change from mee tried turning everything off, wifi, phone etc but nothing seems to make a difference.  I'm at a loss and would be delighted to get some help on this too.
