I have never had a problem with the vicare app but now it has logged me out and when I login again it asks me to set the system up from scracth. When I scan the QR code I get the message saying "device already registered please contact your service". When I reached the local service they asked for a fee to fix the problem because my guarantee is over. I checked some related posts on this matter in the Solutions Community and saw that you have fixed the problem by removing the account from the system so that it could be set up again.
To be honest, I don't see why I'm asked to pay a fee an issue that can easily be remotely solved where there is no mechanical help needed by a physical technician.
