I recently moved into a home and this home has a Viessmann heating system.
However, when I tried to register this boiler via ViCare application but failed with an error message says
'Component has already been registered.'
I assume that the family who lived in this home registered already.
Could you help me how to reset and connect from my side?
The Module was Registered in Germany

Could you please post a photo of the back of the Vitoconnect showing the barcode and manufacturer number (16 digits, starting with 7)?
If it is a system with an integrated module, could you please post a photo of the system's control unit showing the manufacturer number of the communication module installed?
You can find this the menu - Information - (Device status) - WLAN / Internet (labeled as “Manufacturer data”).
I can then cancel the registration.
