Hello Customer Care Team, I would like to add my Vitodens 200-W (touch display, integrated WLAN module) to the ViCare app, but I cannot find the QR code sticker with the ID number and the WPA2 password. It is not in the documentation, and the installer did not hand it over. The boiler is already connected to my home WLAN in "Internet" mode, and the display shows "Connection to backend: connected". However, it is not registered to any ViCare account yet. The app (Create installation) does not accept the data without the correct ID and WPA2. Communication module serial number (Menu → Information → Internet, "factory data"): 7724827011968202 Number on the QR sticker on the front casing: 7722312001346129 Location of the installation: Poland Could you please send me the QR code sticker data (ID and WPA2 password) to the e-mail address of my community account?
