Hello, i cannot control my Vitodens 200 via Vicare app, boiler is connected to Wifi and Internet but still shows that backend connection is not established. ***@seznam.cz. Wifi works. Same issue like in december 2021, is there any outage, can you check why my system is. Ot able to access cloud? Thanks

there is no support forum (like this community) for international support, this is all done via e-mail.
By the time you raised your question there was no outage of our servers and this should apply to all ViCare users worldwide.
