Ok. now the statistic for starts and hours seems to be working again. The hours by class that were lost in October are still missing.

There were a short temporary issue, but everything should be working again as expected since yesterday.

Ok, thanks for the info @MichaelHanna. I was not expecting that I'd have to pay to get that information from the device. I just have to live without that.
