Ok. now the statistic for starts and hours seems to be working again. The hours by class that were lost in October are still missing.

What is this? How can anyone break the API that is in production and do it multiple times. Never any warning or explanation. Have you heard about versioning? I thought @Viessmann would be professional company. How can a company with e.g. ISO 9001 certificate work this badly?

Same problem for me. Now the vicare application want's me to scan the qr code again but when I do so it just gives a message: "Wrong serial number. There is no component known with this serial number, please check again." These problems seem to occur way too often. How can we use the equipment properly when there is no reliable connection? At least I need to change the schedule about everyday due to the changing price of the electricity.

Where can I find an information about service health? Again the API has returned 502 or 504 error to my query for almost two hours. Also the ViCare application is unavailable. There is text "Connection error. Your smartphone is not connected to the server." The app has link to the "checklist", which has one item: "Check whether the server is currently being maintained. To do so, check your email." I have never received any email about that, where can I subscribe to notifications? Vitoconnect module is connected to a working wifi so that couldn't be the problem. I have rebooted vitoconnect twice already. Edit: I'm able to get the access_token and refresh_token but the call to https://api.viessmann.com/iot/v1/equipment/installations/ doesn't work. 2nd edit: now api.viessmann.com gives 404 error.

I've got the same problem. Last time I was able to get data from hoursLoadClassOne, hoursLoadClassTwo, hoursLoadClassThree, hoursLoadClassFour and hoursLoadClassFive was on 2023-10-09 at 09:13:26. After that the API has changed and doesn't give those anymore. Also, where is the real documentation of API? I only find this page for example about the statistics: https://documentation.viessmann.com/static/iot/data-points It doesn't really document the data, just mentiones that there is some data available.

Ok, thanks for the info @MichaelHanna. I was not expecting that I'd have to pay to get that information from the device. I just have to live without that.

I'm using API call to get device features (devices/{deviceId}/features) to get the status of my Vitocal 222-S. I can get for example the temperatures and compressor status & statistics. The device has an electric heater to be used when temperature is too low. The problem is that I can't find information about the electic heater from the API documents [1]. I want to get the electic heater status the way I can get for the compressor, meaning if the electric is active and the level of heating (1, 2 or 3). Currently I can only see the electric status from the device's own display. What is the correct API data point to get the information of electric heater? [1] Viessmann documentation
