There was no sticker on the 200-W B2HE and therefore I can't connect to the Vicare app. I was able to enter my home WIFI SSID and home network password into the unit via rhe front panel but still can't find a way to connect the app.
Serial# of the unit is 7722780201078124
Also if you have a suggestion, the unit is heating up the DHW but only cold air is blowing out of the vents. First time using the unit for heat.
