Hi Chris, Thanks for the info. I am facing new issue now. When I try to connect to "Viessemann-XXXX" WiFi SSID, I get "IP configuration failure" error, and My hand y is not able to connect. How can I fix this issue? Regards, Pradeep Kumar

Hi Chris, For ViCare, we need 4 informations,. They are Herstell-Date, ID, MAC Addr and WPA2. Out of these I know Herstell-Date and MAC. But, I am missing ID and WPA2. What should I provide the value to complete the setup. And, yes, Unfortunately I miss the QR code where all these information is provided. I also asked the Supplier, and he is not able to provide this information. Regards, Pradeep Kumar

Hallo Support Team, I have a VITODEN 200-W B2HF-11 as a heating system for my house. I want to set up the ViCare app for managing the system from this app. While setting up this app, I need to fill up a form with information , Herstell-Date, ID, MAC Adr and WPA2. According to the product document it says that , I can find this information on equipment as a sticker. Unfortunately I miss this information on the equipment.
