I recently moved into a home and this home has a Viessmann heating system.
However, when I tried to register this boiler via ViCare application but failed with an error message says
'Component has already been registered.'
I assume that the family who lived in this home registered already.
Could you help me how to reset and connect from my side?

Hello Jehoon,
was the module registered in Germany? In this case I could cancel the registration.
Could you please post a picture of the serial number? (16 digits, starts with 7)

Hello Jehoon,
luckily the device was registered in Germany so I was able to unregister it from the previous owner.
You can now add the device in your ViCare App.
