Sorry, I only speak french, a little english, and unfortunately not enough german 😉
I registered some time ago (2 or 3 weeks) my Vitoconnect 100 connected to my Vitodens 222W via Vitotrol Plus App with my email.
I never received the activation e-mail, and I am stuck because :
- when I try to login, the app is asking me to click on the link in the activation mail
- when I click on the submit button on "forgot password" app screen with my email filled in, the app hangs (have already sent comments to developers, but no reply since)
- when I try to register my Vitoconnect to another email, it says that the serial is already registered to another email...
- and finally, **bleep** I found the forum, I tested a password recovery on the Vitadata100 site, and no luck either ! My email seems not to be found !
Could anybody help me ?
