Good day Dear Flo, I thought that if heating element is 2 or 3 kWh will be cheapper heating DHW (summer time)and I can reduce working hours of compresor (to safe working life of it). It seem my idea is bad. Thank you for assistance. Best regards Ned

Good day, I would like to ask for your assistance. I belong already 5 years Vitocal 222G & Vitocell 100 E. I wish to heat DHW only with electrical element. Heat pump (compresor ) to be shut down. I tried with customer menu but compresor is still working with electrical heating element and power comsumtion is almost 10kWh. I had read user's manual and service book but I am not 100 % sure how to do it. Please for your assistance. Regards Ned

Thank you for advice. Unfortunally at the moment I have not sollar system, but thinking about it. Just first I will try next 30 days to heat DHW with electrical heating element (Elektro Heizelement Boiler Heizung Wasserspender) instead heat pump (compresor) . Regards Ned

Good day Gents, I belong Vitocal 222G & Vitocell 100 E, wish is working very well. When I have problem, you are the man who solved problems. Now all is Ok, just have a question. Summer time my Vitocal 222G is working only for hot water. How to heat water - by heat pump or with electricity ? Which way is cheaper ? Thank you in advance Best regards Ned

Good day, I would like to ask - can I add solar system to my Vitocal 222G & Vitocell 100 E. I noticed that summer time use around 10Kwh ( usualy working hours heating system 1,5 hrs / 24 hrs) per day just for DHW (hot water). I am trying to reduce mountly bill for electricity. Could you advice what kind of solar system to connect and is it possible to do it with my already mounted Vitocal 222G & Vitocell 100 E. Thank you in advance Ned1

I belong heating system Vitocal 222G and Vitocel 100. Now is summer and system is working only for heating a hot water. Can you help me to find best settings. I see that first step is settings for day/ night working shedule. There are settings for water temperure in boiler - Top/Standart/Temperature 2. Also option -heating with electricity, Start optimisation, 1xDHW. Can you advice for optimal settings to reduce day consumption and increase night comsuption. Thank you in advance Ned1

Good morning, I would like to say THANK YOU for support and advice. Yesterday the company which made installation mounted safety valve-6bars and expansion vessel on outlet (hot water from Vitocall 222G and problem is solved. They pumped air into vessel to 4,2 bars ( same pressure Grundfoss reach when pump reaches when pump). Vielen Dank Ned 1

Dear Herr Schneider, today I found in your community same problem I have, already solved. See below. Druck der Hauswasserstation steigt von 4 bar auf 10 bar während des Erhitzens des Trinkwasserspeichers meiner Wärmepumpe von Ozzler am ‎22-04-2016 20:10 Optionen https://www.viessmann-community.com/t5/Experten-fragen/Druck-der-Hauswasserstation-steigt-von-4-bar-auf-10-bar-während/qaq-p/30168 Hallo Flo_Schneider, nachdem wir das KFR-Ventiloberteil ausgetauscht hatten und der Druckanstieg immer noch eintrat, suchten wir wie beschrieben nach allen anderen möglichen Fehlerursachen. Die Ursache wurde nun gefunden. Rückflussverhinderer (fest eingebautes Teilstück) war defekt. Seitdem ein neuer eingebaut ist, ist auch kein Druckanstieg zu verzeichnen. To save your time, could you advice which back pressure valve been changed. Where is located? Thank you very much indeed for your support. Regards Ned

Dear Wiessmann team, sorry that I am writing on English, but unfortunately I don't speak German language. I have a this kind of problem. I belong Vitocal 222G with Vitocell 100 E and use them already 4 years. It is perfect equipment, but twice my cellar flooded because the filter sump (FHPR34-B-AQ) on cold water line bursted. I though that reason is bad quality of filter sump ( 6bars WP), but later I found that pressure it this line increased to 8 bars when Vitocall 222G is working only for hot water. Hot water not for heating floor system, hot water for home needs ( shower, kitchen....). This high pressure (8 bars) damaged my filter's sump, UV water disinfection system-VIQUA and Aquahome 20N. Please for your assistance. Best regards. Nedelcho. Bulgaria.
