Hi, I would like to use ViCare Plus features (Savings Assistant) in Romania. When will it become available in Romania?

I was looking forward to purchase a vicare+ plan also but it looks like it’s not
yet available for Romania.
I also can't say when and whether this will be realized in Romania.
