Vitodens 100 disconnected from home WiFi and won’t reconnect

Hi, my new Vitodens 100-W B1KE-199 was working perfectly with the ViCare app, following installation on Nov 6, 2025, but around Nov 18th it disconnected from my home WiFi, and I can’t get it back on. 

It still shows Status Connect, but won’t reconnect (nothing has changed on my home WiFi. I even tried restarting it, but the furnace still didn’t reconnect). 
I haven’t tried restarting the furnace. Is there a recommended way to restart it to get it back on WiFi?  And “Reboot Communication Module” is grayed out in the app. 
I tried to go through the pairing process again, but on the first step when I try to connect my phone to the furnace WiFi, it fails to connect or accept the password from the app that I paste in. I also tried the ViCare app password, but that doesn’t work either. 
Is there another password you can provide me to try?
