ViCare does not work but Vitotrol plus app works with vitoconnect WiFi module

Hello,

Since a few days my ViCare app stopped working. I have a status diagram that shows I am connected to Viessmann servers but that it doesn’t see my vitoconnect WiFi module nor my heating system.

The weird thing is that at the same time my vitotrol plus app still works fine and shows the same status as the vitotronic 200 control.

I already tried to restart the vitoconnect WiFi module but that does not help.

Any ideas?

I use an iPhone 6s and my wife an iPhone 7 both with iOS 11.2.6 ad the issue is on both devices.

which status do the LEDs of your Vitoconnect 100 have?

If the two LEDs at the top are green, please disconnect your Vitoconnect 100 from the powercable over 10 minutes.
