I'm having a problem with installing Viessmann smart thermostats in the Vicare app to connect with my new combi boiler Vitodens 100-W (wifi module integrated). I'm trying to connect thermostats directly with the boiler through the app with a gateway.
I've read online that there should be an option in Vicare app that you can add Vicare thermostats through "smart climate component" but this option doesn't appear in my app. I was advised to re-install the app but this didn't help. I also install the app on different devices and the result was the same.
Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.
