Do you also have Vicare Smart Climate?
The Vitodens 2xx boilers have no pressure sensing pump and use classic weather compensation. Basically your house is one big black box to the boiler. It doesn't take into account the inside temperature(s), current flow or eTRV positions. Result: it tries to keep heating according to the set heating curve, with a lot of short cycling as a consequence.
For such an expensive product it's a serious and known design flaw that is causing unnecessary gas and electricity consumption. And extra wear on the system.
This is only fixed in the so called "smart heating algorithm" in the Vicare Plus subscription (if you have Vicare Smart Climate). Yes that's right: your super expensive boiler will only work like it should with an extra subscription.
Edit: note that this short cycling doesn't only occur at night, but as well at any given time during the day when all your thermostats close
