Maybe you can use the feedback function of ViCare to let the guys from Viessmann know we are back online. Not sure if you have this function but if you cannot find it I am sure the people from Viessmann customer care will kindly point out how to find and use it - if you are from Germany😀.  If not … you can talk to local Viessmann who will promptly point out that app development and maintenance is done by Viessmann Germany and that they have little to no control over what’s going on and that they will escalate it further.  ... Duly noted! There is no automatic server error logging, hence no possibility to have real time server status and somebody has to trigger manually an alarm. In this case you should thank your clients (not only from Germany) for sounding the horn and helping you realize there is an error. The status was displayed in app after some hours. By that time restarted several times the app plus connection module plus trying to find somehow the server status. Needless to say no luck in finding anywhere any bit of info on your server status. And in reply to your previous message with reference to this community for German made products maybe you should realize that the products are sold worldwide. The servers are not localized for each country so probably directing customers to the local branch which has no idea what's going on is not the best idea… ... Mehr anzeigen

Well this is strange. Especially since Viessmann Belgium is still promoting Tado on their site: https://www.viessmann.be/fr/viessmann-apps/tado.html. I have 200 WB2 an Tado works just fine. ... Mehr anzeigen

You can try to have Tado installed along with Viessmann. It can connect to KM bus and it works just fine. Better than Nest and Netatmo if you ask me. ... Mehr anzeigen
