Hi, all, I am a Viessman customer. I had an e9 error when my vitodens 200 trys to turn on. I can hear also a explosion rumor like a boom when burner try to turn on. My techinician changed two electrodes, cleaned up the burner, but my vitodens can't turn on. My techinician says me that gas pressure is maybe too low (static 20mbar, dynamic 14 mbar). Could you help me to troubleshooting ? What kind of check can I suggest to my techinician? I apologize for my poor english. Thanks in advance.

I called Viessman manteiner, maybe the solar circuit pressure was too low: the collector distance from heater is 10 meter, and we had a 2,5 bar. Now their set the circuit at 4 bar and the system works fine. The collector temperature is never over 75-80 celsius degree and the hot water goes 60-65 degree. Thanks a lot again for the explanation.

Hi all, I´m a Viessman customer. One year ago I bougth a Vitosol kit and all works fine until this week: the kollector themperature is very high (120-130 celsius degree) but the water is cold (22-24 celsius degree). My plumber says me that there is air into circuit, and in order to resolve the problem, recharged the circuit, but after few day the issue occures again. I think there is a problem with the air relase valve. It´s placed near the Vitocell 200 and not near Vitosolic pannel, it's rigth ? It's this the problem ? How can I remove the air into the circuit , without have to call my plumber all times and recharge again the circuit ? Thanks in advance for the support. Stefano.

Hi Patrick, thanks a lot for the answer. You are rigth: I have a Vitotronic 200. I also connected the Vitotrol 200A on 145 plug and It works fine. Now my question is this: at the 145 plug is already connect the Vitotrol, how can I connect also the Vitosolic ? I have one plug for 2 devices. Can I connect together the 0.75mm wiring or can I buy a new connector in order to connect Vitotrol and Vitosolic to the same plug ? Could you kindly send me a schematic ? Thanks in advance. Hi all, I am a italian customer that I recently bought a Vitodens 200w , Vitosol 200FM solar kit and Vitotrol 200A. I don't know how can I connect the Vitosolic SD1 with Vitotronic 100 : in my kit there isn't any cable in order to connect this devices. On Vitodens 200w manual I read that I could connect the Vitotrol and Vitosolic on 145 connector on Vitotronic, by KM bus. What kind of wiring cable/device I can buy to resolve this problem ?
