Hello all, my apologies for writing in english.
Long story short, I am currently renting an apartment with the viessmann system and the account was previously registered to someone else. I want to be able to registered it to my name now but the app gives me an error code that the device is already registered to someone else.
How do I go about doing this? Thank you all in advanced.
