Vitodens 300-W verbindet sich nicht mit dem Backend

Hallo, auch meine ViCare App hat plötzlich keine Verbindung mehr zum Vitodens 300-W, B3HE19.

Beim Einloggen in die App erscheint die Meldung: Deine Anlage hat keine Verbindung zum Internet.

Jedoch das Display des Brenners zeigt an: Netzwerk verbunden (ein Repeater ist installiert, Signalstärke 90 %)                                   Allerdings: Backend nicht aktiv

WLAN und Anlage nahm ich bereits mind. 10 Min. vom Netz und startete neu. Nichts verändert sich!

Wie kann die App wieder funktionsfähig werden???

I am using a Vitodens 100 with Vitoconnect OT2. For about a week, Vitoconnect has been unable to connect to Wi-Fi, indicated by a red Wi-Fi icon on the device.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Reinstalling the Android app
Clearing the app's data and cache
Resetting Vitoconnect (holding the button on OT2 for 30 seconds)
Powering Vitoconnect OT2 on and off
Connecting Vitoconnect OT2 to different Wi-Fi routers and networks
Re-adding Vitoconnect OT2 to my Viessmann account multiple times
I have also collected Vitoconnect logs, which I am attaching to this email. The log file contains multiple errors.

Hallo HF11,

laut unserem System ist deine Anlage aktuell nicht mit dem WLAN / Internet verbunden.

Bitte konfiguriere die Netzwerkeinstellungen neu.

Prüfe im Anschluss, ob die Anlage wieder via ViCare App zu erreichen ist.

Wenn nicht, probiere es bitte über ein anderes WLAN, am besten über den HotSpot eines zweiten Handys, das in direkter Nähe zu deiner Anlage ist.

leider können wir in dieser Community nur Support für Anlage anbieten, die auch in Deutschland verkauft und installiert wurden, da wir keinen Zugriff auf Anlage außerhalb Deutschlands haben.

Sure, I understand that. However, I am not the author of this thread. By looking at the forum, it seems there are multiple recent threads mentioning the same issue with the red WiFi icon. If you assist the author of this thread and others requesting help in similar threads, you will automatically be helping me as well.
