Vitoconnect 100 does not clear error message

I had a previous problem with my Vitocal 333-g that is now cleared. However ViCare app still shows there is a problem. Restarted heat pump, vitoconnect and app. Error message is still there. Vitocal and Vitoconnect shows no error messages here at installation site. Seems problem is the status isn’t updated correctly on the server. Please advise! Thanks
