QR code missing

Hi,

I installed my Vitocondens 050 B0KA two days ago, and I never found the QR code to connect to it. I checked in the documentation, on the boiler and inside it, and I don't find it anywhere. The boiler is producing a wifi.

Where can I find the informations to connect to it ?

Hi,

Thanks for the QR Code ! 🙂
I followed what ViCare app is telling me to do. When it tells me to connect to the wifi of the boiler, I used the WPA2 password. But my phone doesn't connect to it, saying that there was an issue configuring the IP address. I did force my box to emit 2.4GHz, but it didn't change anything. Restarting the phone, the app, and the boiler didn't change anything either... Do you have any idea how I could connect the boiler to my internet ?
