Malfunzionamento app Vi Care

Salve,

da ieri sera dopo che avete fatto la vostra manutenzione/aggiornamento in backend, la mia caldaia vitodens 200 non risulta collegata ad internet. Da menù della caldaia risulta perfettamente collegata e anche dal router. Nell'app no!
Come risolvere?
