I have a Vitodens 242-F boiler.
After the occurrence of error F2 and blocking of the heater, the expansion tank was replaced, but the error still exists. When I use only hot water, it works, but when I turn on the heater, it goes into blocking mode. I am not satisfied with the after-sales service received from the company. Is it possible to get support from another technician?
