Vitovalor PT2 installed in AUg  2019, message F.195 12F0 94, message remains even after switching off-on the mains.  What could be the reason ?

with message 12F0, the fuel cell has a lockout. In this case, the exhaust system and gas supply must be checked by one of our service technicians. Please contact your specialist company so that the order can be placed.

To keep the communitry informed :
Technician came, no default at all found - testing also exhaust gas, etc

The message 12F0 cannot be ignored, even if no trouble remains. A physical (Panasonic) hardware reset is required by the technician before the Panasonic element can work again.

No part was changed !

Software update was made after deep analysis of the SD card content, no trouble at all was reported ( to me )
I'm not convinced by the analysis, we will see...

thanks for the feedback. The update provides the basis for the fuel cell. The SD data are analyzed by Panasonic, which results in measures for troubleshooting. The colleagues from Belgium know what they are doing.
