In a full Vicare Smart Climate setup (i.e. electronic thermostats on all radiators or underfloor heating) the system should know perfectly when to activate the pump and when not. This wasn't available for 2 years. And now that it is Viessmann chose to hide this functionality behind an extra payed option in "Vicare Plus".
