Hello, can anyone please tell me if Optolink is available for a Vitodens 222-W which has an E3 HMI ? I can't locate the communications port on this burner ( on other burners this is inside the V-shaped logo) ?? Please help ?

ViCare app says my heating system is not connected to the internet... but there are no internet problems in my network. Anyone else?

aaaand there it is...the honest answer from the company : you, the customer, are not authorized to access your data which the company holds. But understand that the company is working on it. FWIW : give me local access. End of.

@thetrueavatar I certainly wasn't aiming my comment at you ! I was just pointing out that there's no reason Android users should be disadvantaged. Many thanks to you, thetrueavatar , for your work on this. You're doing what Viessmann aren't.

On the Home Assistant forum, users are saying their iOS app are not banned, but their home automation integration is banned, and Android apps also get banned ???

Hello, have Vicare accounts been (perma-)banned as result of these limits ? Users have disabled their Home Assistant Vicare-integration, but the Android app continues to throw an error (not connected to server). Can this also be addressed please?
