A quick update: The issue has been resolved, despite what was claimed by my gas distribution company, we receive gas with a low caloric value instead of a high caloric value. We received very good assistance from the technician of Viessmann Belgium. So, in summary: if your Vitovalor PT2 generates between 10 and 15% lower electrical output (637,5 W- 690 W) than the expected 750W, you will probably have the wrong gas-type set up. ... Hi Robin, The ViCare app is synced, I get an update of the measured values every few seconds, and I am informed that "the system is doing well" 🙂 The system is located in Belgium. Just to be clear, the reported electrical output, is the one reported by the ViCare app. But, I do have an additional pump for my heating system, which is fed from the Vitovalor(connector 40 or 40A), but the pump only consumes +/-15W. I don't know where the produced power is recorded and if this is taken into account. The gridbox is working at a higher level than I would like to have, for me it would be more interesting to see the values from the diagnostic information menu, but displayed in a graph. I will probably make something like this when I have a lot of time on my hand 🙂 It is annoying that I cannot track the realtime output from the machine itself, so I have to take notes every one-in-a-while myself. I will see what is happening in a week, if i don't get close to 750W, I will ask to initiate a review, but given the current covid craze, it will have to wait for some time.  With kind regards, Thijs ... Thank you for your reply! After about a week and-a-half of operation, the production has creeped up to 690W, so it might take a while before it produces its full output. Is there any way for customers to view the output in a (webbased) graph, as it is with the Vitovalor 300P? Because the only way to monitor the system is using the diagnostic information in the Vicare App or the "vitoguide.viessmann.com" webinterface. But neither produces convenient information to monitor the system or change my behaviour to optimize the runtime of the fuel-cell (E.G. when to take a shower etc). ... Mehr anzeigen
