Temperature control and feedback through KNX not possible?

Dear community,

I'm owning a Viessmann Vitocal 200S Heatpump with two heating circuits (underfloor and ventilo's).

Connected to the heatpump is a Vitogate 200, KNX and a Vitoconnect WIFI module.

I'm still figuring out the best possible way to control every room independently through KNX, but to start I only want to control HC1 (ventilo's) with a KNX temperature sensor in the bathroom as room temperature feedback.

Therefore I do not use the Viessmann Vitotrol 200 to control the circuit.

The issue I have: I cannot write to the room temperature datapoint?

As you can see in the screenshot from ETS6, the datapoint is Read only.

So my question is: can I change this to Read/Write?

And, can I use the heating circuit without Vitotrol 200?

Another issue I have developing this: I couldn't find any contact at Viessmann who could deliver my the datapoint documentation?
