From what I'm seeing you're doing everything right...
Does your VC connect to just a wireless router...or the modem/router from your internet provider..?
If 1 then I suggest you reset your wireless router...
But before you do that have it connect to the modem/router...
I'm also seeing a similar network with a 5.0 digit in it...
That would be a 5Ghz network...Please try to connect the VC to that one as well...
We'll figure this thing out...
Last possibility is that the device itself is on the fritz...(Kaputt)
But before being absolutely sure it's dead...I would take the device to a friends house and see if it connects there...
You've got all the data required...so you can manually enter the serialnumbers...
It doesn't have to be connected to a boiler for it to make a connection with the servers...
It'll just display a boiler connection error...
My VC is connected to my wireless internet provider modem/Router...but it makes connection by Mac-address...
I've had no major problems on my side since installing it last March...
