Hello, I moved into an apartment with an existing Viessmann gas boiler. Unfortunately, I cannot connect the boiler to the ViCare app, as it indicates that the component is already registered. Apparently there is no way to contact Viessmann service directly, so I am reluctantly submitting my request this way, asking for help in removing the old link.
