Hello,
For several months, the Vi Care application has been displaying the message "Your system not connected to the internet", which does not reflect reality.
The gas boiler module has been restarted multiple times, but APP continues to show the same problem. When checking the information on the Vi Guide portal, it indicates that internet access is available for the heating boiler itself (as shown in the screenshot), but apparently, no information is being received from the device. There is no technical issues with boiler itself or error messages on boiler touchscreen.
Only thing I remember there was message in app that there was some maintenance for Vi Care and after that app stopped responding to boiler.
How can this problem be resolved?
Anyone from TechSupport could help with this issue?
Heating season coming up and still problem not solved yet.
